It is MEGA COST SAVING to launch many Satellites from Aircraft instead of from land base launching centers, and fly to a suitable latitude / longitude to do it. Then the Giant Polluting 1st Stage Rocket can become many times smaller and cheaper. Chow Ang Moh doing so using Silly Looking Mega planes which require HUGE AIRBASE and runway length.

Chinese are 10X smarter, they will use MEGA Hydro-plane aka Sea-Plane for that, so no huge runway nor airbase needed. Sea is huge MEGA Airbase. Whatever length of runway for whatever heavy payload will always be available FOC. If you had to land, there will be always enough of sea for you. Spent Rockets will land into sea instead of populated land.
Chinese is developing Mega Flying Ship that will take off with Aircraft Engines and Wing, which carries and launch rockets and satellites.
No Guaranty PLA won't be launching NUKE ICBMs using this method as well. Chow Ang Moh must get NUKED & ERASED OFF and be FORGOTTEN ENTIRELY.
