Some even asking for 6 month deposit.

Many really stupid start a push up cart with daily $100~$150 rent. Is just about 2sqm max.(21sqf). That is about $5~$7/sqf/day.
How many push cart can get profit more than $3000/month after deduct the rental?
My observation is only 20%.

When taking a loan, especially a low income loan , do make sure the repayment terms are well within what your monthly income can afford. Otherwise, taking such a loan could means taking a step to a downward spiral of debts that you can never get out of.

But i heard that low-loan is very normal in Singapore. But now the government has the good policy to people and the loan easy and privilege. But i really don't know more about the details. Anyone could tell me about this? I will go to Singapore these days. Soon...
