Why they need to arrest him.on spot unless he proven guilty?
If Yes , his family have the right to ask police what case.
If police is investigating a case on him and he should be call to attend an officer questioning at station
Unless he did not turn up at police station after numerous times!!!!

It is Not fair to say singaporean are forgetful.
Singaporean are fearful lot and individualist thinking.
Why would they be bother about others not having anything cake to eat to share or even if others is prevented from having a meal on table?
