Body found at Bedok Reservoir

SINGAPORE - A body - believed to be that of an Indian construction worker - was found at Bedok Reservoir this morning.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said it received a call at around 8.45am from someone who spotted the body floating in the reservoir.
Officers retrieved the body shortly afterwards, and the man was pronounced dead at 9.22am.
SCDF officers have been searching since Saturday for the man who is said to have walked into the reservoir.
The man, believed to be 33-year-old Raman Selvam, is said to have worked at a site near the reservoir.
