Ban on donation of CDC vouchers is to make poor people suffer, so government can justify further increasing GST to 'help poor people'.
Is my understanding correct? Can somebody clarify? Cos I can see poor people suffering a lot, can someone clarify, I hope I am wrong here.

"Previously the CDCs provided an option for residents to donate their CDC Vouchers 2021 and 2022. Similarly, can I donate my 2023 vouchers for a good cause?
- The option to donate the CDC Vouchers 2023 is currently not available. As this Scheme is designed to help Singaporean households in cushioning the impact of the Goods and Service Tax increase and support participating heartland merchants and hawkers, we encourage you to spend your CDC Vouchers.
