You're saying a spike of 30 to 40% in deaths? Sure or not.
According to MOH during 2020-2022 ( I know better than to quote a source from the pap, but it's the only one I got), "COVID-19 aggravated existing illnesses, resulting in further mortalities". Also "There was an over-representation of persons who were not fully vaccinated, with 28% of COVID-19 deaths occurring in persons who were not fully vaccinated in the first half of 2022"
