CNA and their skewed reporting again! Are they trying to cover up for the merc driver perpetrator? is he an "elite"? a crony of PAP?

http://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/singapore/7-vehicle-accident-near-bugis/640166.html

SINGAPORE: Seven vehicles were involved in an accident at the junction of Victoria Street and Middle Road on Monday night.

The accident happened before 8.30pm and involved two cars, three taxis, one lorry and one bus.

One of the cars, a Mercedes, ended up on the road's central divider.

One of the taxis had spun round and ended up facing oncoming traffic.

No injuries were reported.

Police investigations are ongoing.

Rich people face lesser problem... Things that can be settled thru $$$ aren't problem at all...

Ya, probably another wealthy surgeon in Botox business. Shanmugam will step in and said this case is not serious, a $1000 fine serves as sufficient charge. Case close. PAP happy, the wealthy ones happy. Singapore law is PAP law, very safe for the rich.

Looks more like the driver fainted while waiting at the traffic lights with the auto gear shift at the DRIVE position. He is probably diabetic. He should take better care of himself given his medical condition. Can't imaging him fainting when driven at higher speed.

Fainting is a temporary loss of consciousness resulting from inadequate blood flow to the brain. For people with diabetes, this can occur because of the low blood sugar levels in the body, high blood sugar levels, nerve damage or heart conditions, according to the YourTotalHealth website. It is important that diabetics who experience fainting spells inform their physician so any immediate underlying cause can be tested and treated. Glucose tests may be taken.

good to note the driver made a left turn at the traffic junction, should he really be unconscious, the car would have continued to turn left and mount the kerb. the vehicle straightened itself after making the left turn and cuts to the right lane whilst hitting a bus in its path. unconscious? yeah right...

All the secrecy is getting me more curious. I wonder why until now, the driver's name is withheld. Anyone in this forum able to provide more information on who he is?
