The food poisoning occured in a public foodstall for which a ministry was supposed to be overseeing. If the food poisoning occured at a home then it is appropriate to blame SOME sporns for poor hygiene.

In this case, it is obvius that the NEA was poor in its own 'internal hygiene' standards that led to these cases of food poisoning. It's gut is fool of worms!
