There are many company have free access to zoo and bird park. Just ask around those friend or relative working for that company apply the card can go in free. Each card 4 person. If get 2 card mean 8 person free. That what I do.

If I am not wrong, some countries give a good discount to their citizens for the local attractions. Tourist and foreigners get charged more. This is to ensure that locals do not get priced out for local attractions meant for their own citizens.

In uniquely S'pore, two places charge locals 2k for annual fee or $100 for 24-hr visit whereas foreigners enter FOC.

Plenty of them bro. That's one reason why the registry of moneylenders is no longer issuing new licenses. Neither are they permitting current ones to expand. The only reason I can think of is that the authority die-die wants to de-link the moneylender business with that of the casinos. Heard of several suicide cases die to casino losses. As to be expected, unreported.

I remembered it was a card type of thingy....flash the card admits 4-6 pax.
I think the chap was the HR manger or something....told me his company staff ballot for these cards to bring their family members to the zoo....remembered his kids were sick of the zoo.
I did not take up his offer as I am not a cheapo...apparently many companies staff abuse this benefit.

You are right that many company staff may abuse this benefit, but from what I know, these are usually cheap Ftrash who want to go out together in a big gang with their own kind over the weekend.

Whether the kids sick of the zoo, it is still no justification for this staff benefit to be used by others who are not employees of the Company. Any of such abuse if discovered, ought to be punished as this behaviour deny other employees with families who enjoy going to the zoo from doing so.

Anyway, from what I know, the prices of corporate zoo membership have gone up rather high nowadays and few Companies are signing on these memberships.
