The Finest Broken Orange Pekoe Flowery Extra Special is a special premium grade of tea that comes with a bold orange tea soup and an extraordinary sweet after taste!
The very first time I tried this tea, I was fascinated by the rich and elegant aroma accompanied by that distinct taste that would give me a Strong KICK or mental boost!
The exquisite and long lasting sweet after taste is really unforgettable. However, the pricing is very much higher than the normal BOP Flowery tea (Akbar Gold Loose Leaf) I used to take.
It took me a very long while to decide on getting this tea, which we sometimes name it Tippy Tea as it consists of a lot of wiry golden and silver tips bundled with young small leaves.
Can't wait to taste it again! I will do a Live Broadcast on the brewing of this tea in the coming few days!

GMS recommends good chicken rice. 
In Fengshan hawker center, there are 3 chicken rice stalls.
Only this chicken rice stall focused on the authentic Hainanese Chicken Rice. It only sell One Single type of Chicken, that's the Hainanese Chicken.
Apart from the chicken, the rice is most fragrant. As a Hainanese, I would say that this is one of the Best Hainanese Chicken Rice I have tastes in hawker centres so far
The secret is so simple, they didn't use ready mix chicken rice paste to cook their rice. They use top Jasmine rice and you can see the difference instantly by comparing the size of the rice. Their rice is perfectly cooked without being sticky, with the strong fragrance of garlic, ginger and chicken soup.
The serving of the chicken rice is generous.
I have noticed many food stalls have started to cut corners with ingredients amidst inflationary pressure. This is one that didn't compromise on quality.
