A 49-year-old woman was taken to hospital after she was hit by a car along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3 towards Hougang Avenue 2 on Sept 22.

Stomper AT alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a video showing a woman lying face-down on the road.

"One lady in black and white clothes was knocked down by a car when she was crossing at the traffic lights," said AT.
"One of her legs appeared to be broken and she was lying on the road in pain."

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 10.55am.

"A 49-year-old pedestrian was conveyed conscious to the hospital," a police spokesperson said.

"A 60-year-old female car driver is assisting with investigations."
