[Sg video] - Sg Malay family explains why HDB ground floor unit is the best! You want to buy?

No.

Noisy traffic.
Shit (actually, non-existent) view.
Higher chance of certain creatures getting into your flat.
More people walking by = more chances of thievery.
Smell from nearby rubbish dump.

If you want to stay on the ground floor, stay at Ridout Road.

I hv seen many complains, especially hdb 2nd level all leaking, under pap town council all never rectify, hope opposition take over at least they correct it,under pap town council hopeless ,may all like lta minister, lol

if you have a dog just open door and let it go out to poo and pee and run back home.

Only an idiot m&d will think the view on ground floor is breathtaking. Please la. Just facing the carpark or some useless noisy playground most of the time. If you are lucky, might even get free air pollution from a busy traffic intersection. Haha

stay ground floor can pay less maintenance fee and no need to pay for lift upgrading costs?

Ground floor easier to park e-bike sometimes more than one.

Singapore is now the rich's playgrounds. Look at all the inflation and our local white collar professionals being retrenched. Our middle class struggles to own a car and condo now.

Once upon a time, we took ten years to pay off a property. Now 35-40 years.

The middle class is Singapore is not dying; it is already dead.

This is true.
A 3-room flat at Lorong 3, Toa Payoh was paid off within 8 years.
It cost SG$6K.

Of course….they love void decks too
my neighbourhood PRC and CECA take over the whole corridor. They put their things outside their flat and dry their laundries along the whole stretch.

Mosquito. Rubbish from top floor ends up in your backyard. Cigarette butts especially, Tissues, chocolate wrappers.... Blown down panties....
