If he overstretched his finances, it is his own fault for being so damned stupid.
You are very right, we can not blame the government if we overstretches our finances, but we can blame them setting the tone. Then again, it is still up to the individual to maintain a discipline on what is needed & what is not.
The 'type of people' this policeman is from are well known to live like the Joneses even they could never afford it. I used to have about 8 office couriers under my charge of the same, 'type of people'. It is common that after they get their pay, they would occasionally borrow small amount of money from me $50 etc.. There was one, in his late 20's, used to tell me his family problems, father owe people money, AH LOONG people paste notice on the door & AH LONG scribble owe $ pay $, padlock the gate & so forth. Guess what, one day he turned up to work, in a brand new, was it as Honda or a Yamaha I forgot...the sporty type...I ask you bought this?..."on credit".. so go figure it out!!. These people have the tendency to over stretch their....
One 'type' of people, it is gambling, wine, woman & song & another..great pals with the bottle...to be fair on comparison.
So, it is still up to the individual, we cannot blame the government...
I deduce that this policeman must have bought a vehicle through these people & is unable to finance the loan from bank & may have seek their ASSISTANCE....:p
