My Pinarello Dogma came with 10 speed Dura-Ace. I used it for 6 years but because spare parts were becoming scarce I changed the whole group to 11 Speed Ultegra and have not looked back. It is so reliable I have done zero maintenance for the last 4 years and shifting is still perfect.

Biking is great for mental health. Whenever I feel down I go for a 100km bike ride (about 3.5 hours) and always get home feeling on top of the world.
