The "Dear Enemy" star was on a holiday getaway with her three daughters when she was sighted with Andy, who is described to be a low-profile man from Hong Kong. Sources uncovered that the two have already been romantically involved for four-months to date.
It was also said that Andy accompanied Chung and her eldest girl Jasmine Ross, 14, on a shopping spree on 14 February last, while her two other daughters, Jaden Chloe Yen, 4, and Cayla Janie Yen, 2, were left in their nannies' care at the hotel. The trio were observed to be very happy.
Jasmine is the product of her first marriage to a British man, Glen Ross, in 1998, which ended four years later.
