Yes, that my believe too, that government monitoring are all over internet all along. If their intention is to spot terrorists , gangster , call to attck mp etc fine.
But if their aim is to fixed opposition then it plain wrong and waste of resource. Opposition are an important pillar of democratic singapore. i think MIW did misuse taxman, ISD or other machinery to fix important opponent like dr chee .But they havent misuse it on citizen with opposing voice. I would be fixed first if are out to slience people.
Anyway i have same message for ISD or intenet task force . That is you like the rest of citizen, need to vote in REAL representitives to represent you yourself and your family in the parliament.
The FTFW are just plain cost cutting measure for Singapore INC at the expense of ciitzen. Just like MIW replace all news editor with prc., very soon you will be replace for $300 less.
