Evolutionists believe dinosaurs create god

Oh, really? what is your source of information?
You always have no proof.

Tell us how a pair of dinosaurs were boarded on Noah Ark?

This is supposed to be your area of expertise, no evolution.

The Clergy Project was made possible through a donation from The Richard Dawkins Foundation for Reason and Science.
There you go, a fraud site set up by Dawkins who lost debates to Christians.

I am very sorry, I have provided the wrong website that is related to Richard Dawkin.

This is the right website,
http://www.theclergyletterproject.org/

This effort was initiated in 2004 by biologist Michael Zimmerman, now vice president for academic affairs and provost at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, and the letter was written by the Rev. John McFadden, pastor of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Really? Never heard of such a movement nor the organisation.
How many churches do they include? 0.1%? 0.2?

Go to any church in Singapore and ask them yourself if they believe in evolution. I can bet you that you won't even find one.

The clergy letter project wiki page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clergy_Letter_Project

As of 4 July 2012 there were 12,813 signatures from Christian clergy, 494 signatures from Jewish rabbis, and 257 signatures from Unitarian Universalist clergy.

Molleen Matsumura of the National Center for Science Education found, of Americans in the twelve largest Christian denominations, at least 77% belong to churches that support evolution education (and that at one point, this figure was as high as 89.6%).

In singapore, most sunday christians have no clue of evolution while most atheists or other believers can't distinguish the difference between catholic and protestant.

You see, you took some obscure source from an obscure organisation with a cheap site n use that as your source?
When challenged to do a simple thing right here is Singapore, you chicken out straight away with some lousy excuse.

The Clergy Letter Project is not an obscure organisation, they are from the mainstream christian groups in the US.

I have earlier provides the figures for the clergy signature, and you still carry on ask for no of churches. You mean don't know that clergy is not an individual but representative of a church entity, LOL:biggrin:

In Singapore, any similar census like in the US?

Psalm23,
Firstly, evolution is a branch of natural Science. Astronomy, cosmology, geology, paleontology and archaeology are some of the branches of historical science. This is not my self constructed opinion.

The very basic principle you are wrong. Yet you are trying to rebute a scientific theory using your own conceived reasoning that is wrong. How do you expect the remaining of your argument to stand water?

If evolution is not a fact, why would your catholic church endorse the theory of evolution officially and made known publicly?
You mean the pope and catholic church clergy are so dumb in endorsing a falsism? Can you answer this Question? It is important to clarify the air.

PS: Most of the mainline protestant churches already accepted evolution, why? You believe they are being fooled? You are at one level above?

Natural science is about the study of anything and everything that occurred through nature. It's just too wide a topic. Specifically, the theory of evolution is the study (or rather observation) of dead organic objects million and million years' ago. Evolutionists are just like forensic scientists and at best they tried to form some opinions of what they observed. These opinion are speculative in nature. They are not facts. The big difference between evolutionists and foresenic scientists is that foresenic scientists study dead bodies in just few days, months or few years whereas evolutionists study dead and rotten objects million and million years ago.

Why 'your catholic church' endorse the theory of evolution? Sorry...I am not a catholic now and will never ever be one! And why other mainline (I think you meant meanstream) protestan churches already accepted evolution? Sorry....I don't care who accept this theory. It's none of my business. They can accept anything they like. Why should I bother. Whether the pope, the catholic church clergy or some protestant church leaders are 'so dumb' in endorsing the theory of evolution is none of my business. Are they fools or being fooled? Probably. That's my opinion.

Perhaps I like to add another of your question: Are you, yourself, beling fooled or are you a fool? Yes...that's what God (and not me) has said: The fool in his heart says that there is no God.

So you believe you came from rocks? It's a simple yes or no answer bro.
Don't run away again. Stand by your belief

The theory of evolution is more complicated than what simple minds can comprehend. No. The theory of evolution doesn't say that you come directly from rocks. But if you do, I would not be the first one to be surprised.

I have a BIG shock in my life as a forummer in Sammyboy to hear you are no longer a Catholic. You strike me as a person that is obstinate, pious and righteous. I have been making many posts on inquisition http://www.google.com.sg/search?hl=...a=X&ei=d_oyUZCQB8SJrAeDtIGACw&ved=0CCoQvwUoAAin the religion folder, I am wondering all the while how come there is no kneel jerk reaction from you. I see why!

The sideline are the Jehovah Witness and the many weirdo evangelism churches, my personal opinion.

"..She could, therefore, be a source of God’s grace to those who need it, and who could access this grace through prayer to her."
Greek:
The implication of the passage was that Mary had found God’s favor –not that she could bestow that favor on others”

“..Full of Grace and truth”

I always wanted to share this script with you when you were still a Catholic, not because I am a evangelist. I am a atheist(perhaps hated by some people here?) who is very interested in church history and like to share my findings. I believe now is the best and most appropriate time.

I recommend you to watch this video "A Lamp In The Dark" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNZ-sOzXWEk). As an atheist, I was awakened when I watched it, my guess you will be more awakened and shocked if you have watched it as a Catholic then.

I find Catharism to be the purest(as opposes to the meaning of dirty), spiritual and kindest form of Christianity. I recommend you to watch this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=ugDssLw3Tgo

The King James Bible is just as adulterated as the Latin Bible.
John Wycliffe,William Tyndale and a few others dare to challenge the taboo that spelt 'burnt to death' by reading and digging out of the norm. And,they made a different to the christian world. Till you have read all the 66 books in hebrew, aramaic and greek, I will not expect another shock from you.

I have another script, I will only reveal only when I got another shock from you. Our friend Conqueror, he ever said: "Don't go to Church, be the Church!"

Lastly, commonsense tells me God would not have said that if he is indeed the infinity. So, that is likely constructed by the gospel writer or a re-copier:biggrin:

for god sake the bibe is not a science book.

it is a book about humanity.

if you want to learn about science go read a science book.

if you want to learn about humanities read a bible.

linking them together is the most idiotic thing to do.
