Hmmm, full tiles for the porch area would be nice too... add that to the quote and see what's the final amount. There's not much space to extend backwards, only approx 2-3 ft. But still better than nothing.
How do you plan to extend the master room and also have a study room at the top? Also, it's quite extreme to remove your main door. Would it help if you just "permanently" lock the wooden door and use the sliding door as your main entrance?
My wife also wants an island, which I don't think is necessary because the kitchen area is small and easy to reach everything. Is there a difference in the house layout between end lot and intermediate? I thought it's the same for level 1; only end lot has extra 10ft land. Pity you didn't have the budget for my corner lot.
