There is absolute freedom of faith when it all started and that was why Arab conquered territories got along very well with is conquered masses.
The Roman cities practically begged Arabs to take over their cities. That was why Arab conquest of the Mediterranean was so quick and expanded quickly. During those dark Roman times, the Romans were engrossed with the Bible and Christianity. No other books were allowed. They destroyed libraries and Greek philosophies and knowledge. The Arabs saved those book, translated it and applied those knowledge. The Arabs did not depend on the Quran to excel as there were very few copies initially. Nobody reads them

Wrong again. The Quran was passed down the generations by memorization. The habit started from the prophet himself.

Maybe you can ask the Poke to see if he as head of a church can memorise even one chapter of his book?

as long as Islamic followers are violent and intolerant of others, the peaceful world wouldn't welcome them. their archaic nonsense will be it's own downfall.

Speaking before Pope Francis, Mr Tharman noted that the pontiff has been an "impassioned global voice" against war, promoting harmony and dialogue between different groups and faiths.

"This is an issue that resonates with Singaporeans ... There was a time in our history when these realities gave way to inter-communal tensions," he added

Because the truth hurts their ego and desires. So to avoid that, you ban the truth as far away as possible.
Meanwhile welcome in lies and the devil because he offers the best worldly life.
