LOL. That's the illogicality of the doctrine as preached by the Christian churches, which have completely distorted Jesus' true teachings: no matter what you've done - murder, rape, genocide - just accept Jesus as your saviour and all will be forgiven and you'll go to heaven.

Jesus said, "Turn the other cheek". And the Church went on a rampage: killing Muslims in the Crusades, slaughtering Cathars, hanging and burning 'witches' on stakes, torturing and killing Jews in the Spanish Inquisitions, executing heretics who questioned church doctrine. And in the 20th and 21st centuries, the number of wars waged by the US on the Middle East in the name of God.
