In fact this crisis is a god-send for China, it is now making incredible efforts to change the structure of its economy. the stimulus money used by China for its own economy will in turn deprive the US of Arse of much needed debt, interest rates will rise through the roof in the doomed USA, destroying its own productive capacity and it will no longer be the world's largest economy.

with 8% unecmployment rate and rising to double digits in many key states, a collapsing financial sector, imminent bank runs, and the embracing of Zimbabwean style economics by its now president Robert Mugabe Junior will doom america to a miserable existence.

Australia on the other hand, with its friendly babes, great natural resouces and ties with China will keep it going for a long time for immigrants and their future generations

Funny? all of you are drooling for large spacious houses, yet in reality, 3 and 4 room flats are the most popular, and when asked why, singaporeans say they like smaller homes, what a load of bullshit, IMO it just goes to show that Singaporeans are simply getting POORER and POORER, they do not "like" 3-4 room flats but with their depressed salaries, they can only afford such smaller pigeon holes, so much for "Swiss Standard" of living and progress.

What you say is true, but it is sobering to know my property can purchase a huge beautiful house in another country. It makes me feel I am being cheated living in my cramped property when I can feel like a king in this house.
