100+ years ago when the game started in England, there was no off-side rule. What happened was that they just pumped the long ball up, everyone hung around the goalposts waiting to score.

it's time for fifa to seriously consider action replay. with advancements in technology helping officiating these days in high profile sports, the nfl relented and adopted multi-angle hd zoom slo-mo video technology for "action replay" to assist refereeing decisions. even tennis has adopted line cams. can't see why fifa cannot relent. this will only cut down on oscar-winning performances.

Yalor....so many flaws in the game and the ball is also round.......this type of game needs serious overhaul........but FIFA is only interested in all the money..........and the spectators are to be blamed for following blindly.
