Singapore vs China World Cup Qualifier 21 & 26 Mar 2024: Singapore ready to decimate China

China beat Sickie m&d team. What a fucking embarrassment. But so nice to see Sinkies got whacked.

The pitch looked really big. I think our Lions lost due to fitness ... In the second half they couldn't even receive passes from teammates

Was the penalty given correctly? Or referee kayu?
It was a soft one. That Sinkie defender was merely holding onto the shoulder of the CCPee player who was already falling down. It shouldn't be a penalty. But the ref gave it probably because he want to put the poor sinkies out of their misery.

Never underestimate the home crowd advantage in influencing a referee's decision. It happens all the time in European football.

Cardio fitness has always been an issue with the Lions, more so than skills. When you look at the top Asian teams like Korea and Japan, their fitness is one of their forte: their players can run around the pitch for a full 90 minutes (Man U's Park Ji-sung was nicknamed '3-lung Park'). When you can't chase the ball, can't cover attackers, can't be in a position to receive passes, you just let in goals in dying minutes of the 2nd half.

When was the last time you saw a Malay jogging on the streets or working out on the treadmill (not being racist here) instead of just kicking a ball in the void deck?

The upcoming World Cup qualifiers between Singapore and China on March 21 and 26, 2024, are shaping into exciting matches. Singapore has shown excellent preparation and determination, aiming to make a significant impact and possibly decimate China. Their squad is looking prepeared, and with strong team chemistry and strategy, they seem ready to take on the challenge and secure crucial points. On another note, the recent match between Georgia and Cyprus was an interesting game. Georgia emerged victorious with a 4-0 win. The game was very intense and you could see the determination and skill of both teams. You can find all the stats here georgia vs cyprus score.

You just came out of a coma?

I believe that the Singaporean footballers are not fit enough to run the full 90 minutes.
Besides physical fitness, the Singaporeans are shorter and smaller.
Look at the fit and skilled footballers from the smaller European countries: Croatia, Georgia, Iceland, Serbia, Slovakia.
As matters stand, I do not believe that Singapore will qualify for the FIFA World Cup Finals in 2034.

Lions should try to fight to qualify for the semi-finals of the AFF Cup.

Young Lions U22 must improve further to get into the semi-finals of the SEA Games soccer tournament.

All these is not a big ask
