Dear Singapore, don't need every state organization use SAF retirees. Look at our local sports scene in recent years, the army officers running the whole Sports Singapore are very cocky and busy dating their mistresses. Each and everyone of them are fucking women in office or outside, why? because they buay gan, can't deliver in their work, so only find their remaining self-esteem on bed.

They don't know their work and depend on subordinates but still fucking arrogant when talking to people can help them, or who knows better. How do you expect our sporting scene to improve? How to be committed?

Not just Olympics, even football ranks lower than our local press.
Not just Sports, Singapore should stop running the country with these parasites from SAF.

The PAP regime needs those SAF scholars. Some of them they co-opt into the party membership. Others get thrown into GLCs, stat boards or some inconsequential institution e.g. SNOC. It's a perverse 'evolution' of the imperial exam system in ancient China.

Abolish or revamp (30-40 year bond) the SAF scholarship and things will improve.

I remember waiting for these fellas from Dieppe Barracks to finish their live firing and was surprised to see them just casually walking in a line and firing with no white tape ects2 for guide/safety , more realistic than some 'other' army (where people in their thirties become generals without any combat/battle experience}.

Had they won anything at Tokyo, they will be made use of by the PAP to promote themselves and claim credit.
