One of the most emblematic decisions taken at the Kazan summit was the institutionalization of the "partner countries" category within BRICS. This creates a "BRICS zone" around the core members.

The presence of Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam in this "partner" category implies that BRICS, already dominant in Asia due to China and India's membership, could become hegemonic in this region."

This is not fantasy, it is reality. Singapore stands alone in Asia as the sole Western outpost. If we're going to be the Israel of Asia then we'd better have the stomach for what's coming next.

Google’s US$5 Billion Bet on Singapore’s Data Center Future

June 21, 2024Posted by ASEAN BriefingWritten by Ayman Falak MedinaReading Time: 2 minutes
Google has completed its fourth data center in Singapore. With this completion, the company has raised its investment in the country’s digital infrastructure to US$5 billion, an increase from US$850 million in 2022 when Google completed its third data center in the city-state.

The latest data center aims to support the country’s growing ambitions to become a regional data center hub. Singapore currently has more than 70 data centers with a capacity of 1.4 gigawatts – already one of the biggest hubs in the world.

The country is just one of 11 in the world where Google has established a data center. Despite increasing property and construction costs compared to neighboring Southeast Asian markets, Singapore is poised to become the region’s next 1GW city market, following Tokyo. Further, the country has a colocation vacancy rate of just one percent, the lowest in the region, and also signifies that demand in Singapore significantly exceeds supply.
Great. Top nuke target in the opening stages of WW3.

The recent BRICs summit in Karzan, RUS, 2024 was a JOKE.

While harmfully obstinate tyrannical nations attended the summit, with loudly professed aims to end US dollarization & dominance, many of the Summit leaders & staff were...incredibly told to bring US dollars to exchange for RUS rouble$, to pay for their stay & purchases in Karzan.

Other even BRICs supporting nations national currencies were NOT recognized by RUS banks, not even the China RMB, not Brazil Real, not Indian Rupee, & least of all, not even the Malaysian Ringgat or aspiring Indonesia's Rupiah, let alone Thailand's Baht....

What does that tell one, whom even if have the intelligence of a village moron???

It is nothing more than a scam, the way cryptocurrencies had scammed SO MANY of Humankind.,,,

That crypto coin has NO backing in any form, except for gambling/speculations. When one buys such a coin from a conman, one exchanges REAL money- Stable US dollar or Stable local currency backed by National Treasuries to pay upon demand.

The conmen laffs all the way to the bank, as he can immediately make purchases, but the one holding that coin can only live in speculative hopes, which had proven OVER time, to lose their hard earned savings than to make gains, despite the many whom profess to be millionaires on crypto trade, but are actually the conmen themselves to fool the naive into such speculative & UNSTABLE trade systems.....

BRICs?....calm down first & think carefully. It is one's hard earned corporate or individual's life savings...

U have been benefited under Dollar system, undeniably fact. Remember there is No free lunch in this world?
All of us have. China is the biggest beneficiary of Uncle Sam's largesse, or folly, depending on how you see it. No free lunch. The Chinese have slaved for decades, making cheap crap for Uncle Sam to resell at 1000x markup. Win-win situation for both. But they were ambitious, and wanted to go into higher value industries. Suddenly it's not so obvious a win-win any more.
