[h=2]Famous plastic surgeon Woffles Wu CHARGED for abetting employee to give false information to traffic police[/h]Posted by temasektimes on April 12, 2012
Famous Singaporean plastic surgeon Woffles Wu Tze Liang was charged in court on Wednesday for abetting an elderly employee to take the rap for him for two speeding offences.
Woffles had allegedly abetted 83 year old Kuan Yit Wah to provide misleading information to the police. He had then lied to the police that he was the driver of a car caught speeding on Lornie Road at 4pm on Sept 11 2005 when the driver was Woffles.
The car was going at 95kmh on a road with a 70kmh speed limit.
If convicted, Woffles could be fined up to $1,000, jailed for up to six months, or sentenced to both. However, Kuan was not charged for furnishing the police with false information.

on Sept 11 2005 ? it took 7 years to charge this guy for a speeding offence?

i got charged before a few years ago for a speeding offence, during that time when some lady took over and there was a blitz of hidden cams all over.

when i attended court, there were like hundreds of people there all for speeding. but most of them were old folks i tell you, some could hardly walk and even handicaps in wheelchairs! i still remember, this really old looking man hobbling down to the stand on a walking stick aided by an old lady, he was charged with speeding 120kph.

This Dr Woffles will woof woof his way to escape a jail term for his speeding offences.. The Kangaroo Court will just give him a gentle spank on his Botox injected Buttock by giving him a fine..

The joke is... speeding fine for driving at 95kmh.
The joke is... how many points have Woffles accumulated that he can't take another 3 more points?

Did he specialise in creating bimbo boobs?

If not, why on earth is he asking a 83 years old man to take the rap? Can this old man stand up to questionning?

My take is, no jail, just fine.

Yup. In S'pore, the rich and famous get off very lightly. On the other hand, an unemployed man who is starving steals a packet of rice would definitely be jailed. That's how it is in S'pore under the PAP regime that caters only to the elites.

You will be proven correct soon. Bet your kidney and liver on this outcome.

i agree
in our first class society, the rich are incapable of telling lies
only the poor, the unemployed , maids, all can tell lies

that's one of the lawyer's tactics as well,
how do i know?
a lawyer tried, and is going to to try it on me
the illustrious rich never lie

PS im lying about the lawyer, mr lawyer man, in case you are reading this. pls don't send me another letter threatening to sue me

The defence lawyer mitigation would be like this,

1. My client is first timer, genuinely sorry.
2. Respectable member of medical field
3. Did charity when and when
4. Good character references from this and this

Ok, judge says, "just fine, don't do again ok?"
