This GEBIZ thing doesn't help the government exercise prudent spending- not all local and/or global businesses are hooked up in this system to begin with, some of the companies overcharge by virtue of the first point raised.

Some goods and services cost less when paid in cash compared to using the e-invoice system. Go figure.

They have to fix the voters first, by giving out 'candies' like $300 Lai See, making it sounds like they are so generous & will soon be coming out with more 'lai see' like this incentives that incentives & so on...until the unsuspecting 70% pay, until they lai si ( shit!).

If they are genuine ...they should start by cutting GST from medicals & medicine...you think they will...that is the easiest way to make money out of people's sickness * miseries..
