In general, Ang Mo people are more sympathetic than Sinkies. It isn't related to sex. While I was taking my groceries to the mall, an Ang Mo held the door open for me a couple of times. In contrast to Sinkies, CCP, and CECA, blasting away loud radio music and loud mouths, Ang Mo have a tendency to be quieter on public transit. Additionally, they are more likely to smile and say hello when you least expect it in a coffee shop or on a jogging route..
On occasion, I also noticed Ang Mo chatting with table cleaners or tissue paper sellers in public, asking if they wanted coffee so he could go get more. An Ang Mo came over to offer me assistance after I asked a taller sinkie to help me retrieve a pack of milk that was on the innermost and highest shelf at NTUC. The tall sinkie guy completely ignored me and thought I was a bother. In this sense, most Sinkies are really awful. In quieter time, I also think about this cuntry and wonder why sinkies are less proactive in thoughtfulness and compassion. Even if sinkies do, often it was done to draw attention instead of the deep rooted culture thing.
