even the wealthy bay area is completely shitty now that home and rental affordability has skyrocketed and more middle income wage earners are setting up tent villages in creeks and under overpasses. moving to another cuntry has becum necessary if the dems dominate control of all 3 branches and offer freebies and unmitigated welfare to the lazy and fat.
