You must surely know that N Korea and the other countries are piss poor because of its political landscape, corruption, lack of ingenuity and so on. Yes, countries are poor for various reasons, but when it concerns non-oil producing muslim countries, it is always islam which poses the main stumbling block. Why? Watch the video in my 1st post.

BTW, don't bring in fairytales when discussing any topic with me. It destroys any credibility you have. Take ownership of what you say and do, based on logic and critical thinking. Your initial argument was it was the geographic region that causes countries to be poor. I agree that the middle east is a barren desert with shit resources (exception for oil). My contention is that each country needs to find ways to flourish. The jews found a way, your muslim brethens there are still stuck in the middle ages, swimming in their own shit, and dreaming only of annihilating infidels. The moment the Arabs found a way to progress, their countries are attacked and sent back to dark ages.
Further more, arabs were annihilated by mongol conquest snd eventhally collapse. Morocco came under spanish rule. Algeria and tunisia under french. Libya and Somalia under italy. Egypt, Palestine, syria, saudi, UAE, qatar, kuwait, iraq were all under turkish rule. They only got their independence about 100 years or less ago.
Turkey remain independent but lost a lot of territory after WWI to British and french. They built their own ships, drones , arms such as rifles, shotguns, artillery, armoured vehicles and soon trainers and light fighters jets using engines from either ukraine or russia.
Arabs suffered 800 years of being ruled by others.
