Chinese swimming world record ‘not humanly possible’ says Australian coach​

A leading Australian swimming coach has led criticism of Pan Zhanle’s stunning 100m freestyle world record after saying the Chinese swimmer’s performance in the pool was “not humanly possible”.

Brett Hawke led the international disbelief among some quarters after the 19-year-old stormed to gold in 46.40 seconds to beat nearest rival Kyle Chalmers by more than a second.

Pan destroyed a high-class field to shave almost half a second off his own world record in the biggest winning margin in the men’s 100m freestyle since American Johnny Weissmuller in 1928, but his performance has been overshadowed by ongoing suspicions surrounding the Chinese team.

The 19-year-old said that he was not concerned by the doping row that has engulfed China’s swimming team at the Paris Games, despite being named in an investigation by The New York Times and German broadcaster ARD.

It reported that 23 athletes at Tokyo 2020 failed drugs tests for a banned heart medication, 11 of whom are competing in the Olympics, and a further two athletes were cleared after testing positive for a strong anabolic steroid in 2022 that was blamed on contaminated meat.

“Including Alexy from the American team – when we were training and our coaches were on the sides, the movements he [Alexy] made seemed like he was deliberately splashing water on the coaches – it just felt like he looked down on us. Can I say this?”

I am leaving shanghai in ten hours. After being here for 40days. I dont think i got enough. For people live in san francisco bay area, i enjoyed the most is the safty in china. Cities i stayed never sleep. 12am outside hotels, you felt the no concern about threat. Street vendors, restaurants are packed with customers till 3am. I am not saying every corner in china is like this busy crazy. But the sense of the freedom to walk on the street anytime i want is just wonderful and priceless. Both of my kids loved this experience so much. For those who brainwashed by mainstream media and our disgraceful leaders, visit china and draw your own conclusion.

All of these are facts and reasons why the West wants to attack China and portray it as the source of all evil.*

*But there is another factor that must be considered. What scares the West is not just China's economic and military might, but China's success as a country versus the West's failures.*

*In addition, China has established a society of ethnic harmony, in sharp contrast to the systemic racism of Western society.*

*Western ruling elites and their media mouthpieces are unwilling to admit that China has eradicated extreme poverty while their own people are increasingly trapped in poverty. They are unwilling to admit that China has built 21st century infrastructure while they are lagging far behind. They are unwilling to face the fact that the Chinese people overwhelmingly support their government, while Western people have lost confidence in their governments; they are unwilling to accept that China has defeated the COVID-19 epidemic, but they have not; and finally, they are not willing to accept the fact that a non-white country is doing better than them and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.*

*To divert attention from these facts, the West has concocted a series of lies and slanders that allow them to deny reality. The West slanders poverty alleviation as "genocide". Instead of acknowledging advances in high-speed rail, electric vehicles, alternative energy and e-commerce, they accuse China of "intellectual property theft" and instead of focusing on social and economic systems that serve the people, accuse China of forced labor and forced sterilization. They do not see China as defending its national sovereignty in the South China Sea, Hong Kong and Taiwan, but call it an aggressor.*

*All attacks on China serve multiple purposes, but one of the main ones is to ensure that Westerners don't hear or see the real China, because if they do, they might get what Western elites don't want them to have Ideas such as socialism is for the benefit of the 99% of the population, while capitalism is primarily for the enrichment of the 1%.*

China is NOT What I Expected… (first day in Shanghai)​

I have recently come back from my first time to China. I came back realizing that if you haven't been to China, you know nothing about China.

Most American infrastructure were build back in 1950s , after 50-60yrs of wear and tear, sure crumble wan.

The china infrastructure are all recent big investments around 2004-2018, still very new and the $$$$$ incurred of building these mega modern infrastructure projects had cause China to have some debt hiccups
