Which S'pore Garment Company Lost 2000 Taxis In China?

Heard they started a taxi company in China.

Within days all taxis were "rented" out.

But...the chinamen took the taxis and never came back.

Company had to close.

Which company ah? headed by which scholar ah?

Now....fast forward to 2009...

THEY WANT TO GIVE MICRO-LOANS TO CHINAMEN?
