Is this normal?

Fasting started night before from 730pm.
Glucose level measured at 530am I.e (10 hrs fasting) reading =5.5
Continue fasting till 930am (14hrs) glucose measured = 6.2

Is it when fast for longer, body release higher sugar level?
Or is it some organ got prob e.g liver?

Liver secretes sugars from stores to prepare the body for the break of the day. Fatty liver is root cause of eventual diabetic condition.
If your liver is fine, the early day secretion should be back to normal.
Diabetes is non reversible unlike what many experts have said. It is our body's insulin resistance. Insulin is a kind of growth hormone so as you age your body does not need it so much for growth anymore and it becomes less sensitive to it.
Once you have diabetes type 2, which is a condition your body does not respond well to insulin, you will have it for life. You can only control the deterioration but it cannot be cured. Unless... use stem cell... maybe.

In my case at very early morning like 5-6am the level is always better than during late morning like 10am before food, do you think this symptoms also a sign of a liver secretion issue?
Google got many form of answers like hormone changes etc.
The care Mgt nurse told me is not advisable to fast too long before a glucose test and 8hrs is recommended. While I always think the longer we fast should produce better results.

Your should measure your bgl a few times of the day, before meals and after meals to get the big picture. If your bgl spikes and stays elevated then u should be diabetic. Your body becomes numb to insulin and cannot let cells open up to absorb the glucose.

Yes I did that about 2.5hrs after food to check if is settled down below 6.0, and so far so good is always down.
I'm more confuse on why when I fast longer the level went above 6.0 instead.

If you interested to learn more about bring your FBG below 5.0 here is a link to a group where participants will only eat when their blood glucose has dropped to their trigger level.
https://www.datadrivenfasting.com/about#:~:text=What is Data-Driven Fasting? Data-Driven Fasting is the, rely on prescribing you a particular eating window.

They have a Facebook Group which you can join and you will see many participants managed to lower their b4 meal blood glucose level to below 5 and lower.

You need to take extra care if you are on diabeitc or glucose lowering medication as you could go into hypo.......which can be an emergency situation,

If you are not taking any diabetic medication, than no problem with hypo as over a period of time your body will adapt and turn to burning fats for fuel instead of glucose.

Short answer is NO.

again with this pills you are not sure of what other stuff they added in.

Only Blood glucose lowering medication will cause hypo, although heavy physical activities will also lower your BG drastically, but the human body is a "smart system"
it will tell the body to produce enough glucose to prevent it from going to dangerously low level.

Different people have different comfort level of low BG level, for those using glucose/carbs as "fuel" will normally have uncomfortable feeling when it is below 4.5 but those who are "fat adapted" ie using fats as an energy source, they are comfortable even at much lower level , even below 4.

I posted earlier on the facebook group data driven fasting, you can take a look at the participants in that group, some have their b4 meal blood glucose level way below 5.

Whether it is healthy to have a much lower level BG over long term, I am not sure.

Over the past few months , there have been news headline articles on the danger of fasting but not proven.

Here is an example of a well known American scientist living in SG that seems to practise fasting and puting the body in a state of ketosis too.

Below is the link to the his post from X.com and in that post there is a link to a research report on himself.
