While no one can beat Tom Cruise at this, Henry Cavill insisted on doing 100% of all stunts (including martial arts swordfights) on his own, instead of using a stunt double, primarily because he loves the Witcher games & books (he's played Witcher 3 twice through, but doubt he installed the 'Henry Cavill' face mod on Geralt), rather than as a point of personal pride.
