Helpful tip on how to download the HD version of a covered/private Facebook video:

1) Go to the page where the video is being played, view the page source on your browser (press F12).

2) Go to the 'Network' tab.

3) A list of all the media being fetched from the server will appear on the list, sort by size so the biggest file is at the top of the list, that's the video.

4) In this example of the fighting video, this is the link
