US : Big Bank failures

As was reading some articles on CNN, it seems the US is looking at allowing some big banks to FAIL. Apparently they are now putting out the feelers or building in this anticipation into the market. Will it be Citibank, BoFA, etc?.

What would be the implication?.

Long ago heard that Citi is designated to fail. Believe that the impact will not be as dramatic as Lehman as all banks around the world have already made plan for it. The game that amercia play at the expense of asia. sign!
