She got no money or on strict budget.That' s why she waited for 18 months for a HDB rental flat which is cheaper (rental fee per month). She could not afford to rent a HDB flat in the market which will be expensive (rental fee per month). She will not be able to pay u the market price for rent.

HDB had contacted me and apologized for the undesirable condition of the rental flat which i had received. I was explained that usually cleaning up & fixing the place up to a livable standard was the procedures but sadly mine wasn’t the case.
HDB have scheduled a meeting with me today to further discuss of a replacement flat.
Thank you all for all both the positive and negative comments. Truly appreciate those who offered a helping hand.

Actually u never maintain yr plumbing. Once a month. Pour bleach and leave it overnight. Flush next day. Helps clear the system. Preventative maintenance is important
