Not necessarily confrontation. It can be dialogue to clear any misunderstanding, conflict resolution. It is good for me to allow him to say his point of view.
You will already be meeing him with an attitude...and that will eventual go into a confrontation.
Just let your views be heard by the appropriate body and let them investigate.
