Troublesome SG Males Are Unproductive! Most CEOs Don't Want To Hire Them!

In my conversation with my elite friends (mostly head honchos of big companies), we all agreed that SG males, especially those who have NS liabilities and married, to be the most troublesome and unproductive. As far as possible, we will try not to hire this bunch of useless buggers!

It is much more productive to hire male Foreign Talents from the Philipines, India, Malaysia, Myanmar and China.

List of Troubles given by SG Males (listed in accordance to the amount of time wasted):

1. Reservist Training. Ranging from 2 weeks to a month per year. Adds up to a bloody year of wasted time if they are in your employment for 12 years. While they are off playing soldiers, who the fuck does their work! :oIo::oIo::oIo:

2. RT in the evenings. These lazy fuckers can't seem to pass their IPPT despite constant RTs. When I need them to work OT, they will give me these lame RT excuses. Fuck them!

3. Urgent leaves taken for their sick mother, father, mother-in-laws, father-in-laws. Fuck them all!:oIo::oIo: Old fucks who outlive their usefulness!

4. Urgent leaves to take care of their children! Do I give a fuck? HELL NO!

5. Reluctance to work OT, weekends and public holidays due to family commitment! Fuck that too.

In short, SG Males are nothing but trouble for companies!

I fully agree with you, they are among 60% of voters who voted for PAP. Fuxk them too!!:oIo:

You are right. They are the reasons why employers are reluctant to hire them. It's much cheaper and less troublesome to hire hardworking FTs.

The bottom line will always be: Can businesses survive and stay competitive in the marketplace by hiring large number of SG males?

Most people reading this thread 'Don't Get It' because they can't see the issue from the perspective of the elite CEOs and Managing Directors who are answerable to their shareholders. The decision to hire which candidates rest upon the bosses, not the job applicants.

SG females and FTs are assets. SG males are liabilities.

The elite CEOs and MDs are just doing their jobs from a business perspective. :smile::smile:

SINGAPORE - A week ahead of the Government's Budget statement on Feb 17, more groups have weighed in with their wishlists, with businesses calling for more tax incentives and a political association urging for greater support for workers, especially those from the lower-income group.

According to a United Overseas Bank survey of 1,610 mid-sized companies which was released yesterday, seven in 10 are hoping for tax breaks. About six in 10 also wanted government assistance loans and a reduction in foreign worker levies.

About 94 per cent wanted a relaxation in the quota for foreign manpower, while 38 per cent wanted skills upgrading incentives for employees.The survey was conducted in December. UOB group commercial banking managing director Eric Tham said: "Preferential tax rates are at the top of the Budget wishlist because cost control is a priority for mid-sized corporates in the current economic climate."
