Many aspiring current, former, newbie & old timer politicians, for good & bad, r looking at WP as lynchpin for their career.
That's y I begin to sense e break-in period in WP is now prolonged up to 3 yrs for membership/candidacy/cadre.
In fact I sense WP will be scared if u bring up e mater of ya membership/candidacy/cadre to their attention.
Fact of e matter, e 4 new rookies & many other had to be approached by LTK for membership/candidacy/cadre and many only gave their answer after consulting their families.

I heard u get e SMS fm LTK one day out of e blue for Nasi Lemak in Punggol when e Nasi Lemak stall in not opened yet.
When u arrive, u c 2-3 muar CEC peeps w LTK & u tot it's bcos of sum stupid FB/SBF/Sam's Alfresco/blog u just posted....

I heard if u even broach e subject of membership/candidacy/cadre to any CEC, u r f***ed as they will mark u out for sure.
The boyz & galz in WP are now very scared of over-eager peeps.
The rather chase after those silent volunteers who initially r not willing to be membership/candidacy/cadre.

It's like e muar u want e membership/candidacy/cadre, e less likely u'll get it.

I heard LTK was personally shocked whne TJS want to be an MP candidate straight away in 2011. 2013, after he theatre run at President, he's definitely a no - no for Low. TJS would want to turn WP inside out.

I think most ppl knocking on WP's door post GE'06 knew better than to broach e subject of membership/candidacy/cadre to LTK or Sylvia or any CEC.
U dun look for em, they look for u.
