a. How my kids fare in their education? Are they good enough to be in a university? Do you have enough monies to send all your kids to universities?
b. If they don’t excel in their school work, shall you worry about their futures?
c. Shall you worry if your child or grandchild might end up like the couple describe above?
d. Please understand that HDB prices won’t always stay at the peak, it will fall, and fall real hard.
e. Do you think that your dream of seeing your children setting up families may be shattered? If there happen to have 1 single, minor misstep in their life?
f. Do you think that we should have a dream, every one of us must have a dream to persevere? And that a far-fetched dream will simply knock a person off before he faces the challenges?
g. If you agree that owning HDB flat may be getting remote for your kid, perhaps it is time for you to continue bootMBTout
h. You must not credit the fact that ‘HDB houses 82% of population’ to MBT credit. On the other hand, you must ask yourself if since 2006 (last GE), are our dreams for better and more comfortable, higher quality lifestyles have started to shattered and crumbling.
i. Your vote shall decide the future of our people, please think hard.
Just a side note: for those who are buying old re-sales flats that could be 35 yo now, please note that by the time you settle your housing loan at maximum tenure, the house shall become 65 yo. And you may have a terribly hard time in selling that flat away .. Banks will probably won’t agree to approve another 30 years loan for the next goondu for that remaining 34 lease flat.
