thats what I thought when I had to use the GTM at Harbor Front Station. There are only 3 of these machines at this station & 1 machine was out of service. There was a long, long, long queue of clueless tourists trying to figure how to get a ticket.
If you were trying to get your $1 refund you had to suffer with all the clueless tourists.
Can anyone tell me the rational for making those who are using single trip ticket, pay an extra $1 Even if it is refundable, why trouble people with the extra step of getting a $1 refund after the trip
Come on which other MRT system requires someone to pay an extra "refundable" $1 AND then get a refund AFTER you complete the trip.
Why make a simple procedure so difficult Maybe they should study how Malaysia, Thailand, London, France,...., process payments
