That scene is in the movie fyi. It's a joke that only donnie was only good cop in the movie with martial arts skills to boot. The rest of them were pretty useless. The last scene between sammo and donnie was good too.

That is why Singapore needs the Internal Security Act..................the whole damn gangster group will be arrested and put into 'cool' room' in Singapore.

I remember reading a gangster chief funeral in HK .... whole group of gangsters were present. No arrest.

Then in Singapore, a grpup of 15 more more gangsters show their support in the court house for a murder case,,,,,,wow, the Singapore police arrested ALL of them.
