You have been brainwashed by adverts into believing that just wearing a particular type of accessory can make you classy. I have a Swiss client who makes expensive watches for a living and he doesn't look classy at all. Neither is he classy in fact as he is always asking for discounts aka cheapskate and using dodgy ways to evade tax. Class is in one's character and cannot be bought by wearing a particular type of accessory or driving an expensive car or living in an exclusive neighbourhood. Those are all external things that only fool those who can't look beyond their noses ... and believe the ads put up by the watch industry to fatten margins for their products
