Questions will be ask why those on the bridge didn’t see the QC”S boom at their eye level. The crane operator also didn’t raise the boom to get out of the way.

there would be people working under the crashed crane. The crane ground level coordinator, twist lock workers and also truck drivers collecting or sending containers from/to this crane. They cannot see what happening on the other side.
