卧底女记者援引认识的外围女小萱披露，“海天盛筵”派对在3月23至30号期间，参加的外围女须先经过小汪老板的面试；“面试”就是潜规则。有外围女称，大家都知道被中介上一次，就可以入选。
小萱入选后当场签了保密协议，上面的活动方是一家香港知名娱乐公司。
