This man has himself to blame. Despite all the warnings from PAP that more foreigners will come and that Singaporeans need to upgrade themselves this man just let it slide. If he'd gone for more trainings and upgraded himself he will be earning more and more money while those foreigners get low paid jobs. Upgrade, improve, don't be lazy.
