Naked man walks around aimlessly in Sengkang

STOMPer Steve was puzzled by this naked man walking around aimlessly in Sengkang. He wonders if he's overstressed.

Says Steve:

"I spotted this nude man at around 5pm today.

"He's just walking around aimlessly in Sengkang.

"Maybe he's stressed.

"It's really an unpleasant sight for the ladies and children who see him.

"Is there no one to take care of him?"
