A diner was left feeling 'shortchanged' after ordering grilled chicken spaghetti from a stall she had patronised before -- only to receive a portion so small it left her stunned.
Sharing her experience with Stomp, Stomper Timbre said she was shocked by the size of the grilled chicken that came with her takeaway order from a coffee shop at Block 504 Jurong West Street 51 on April 9.
It cost her $6.90.
"It shows whoever was cooking does not bother whether it’s justifiable for the amount paid," said the Stomper. "It felt more like they were just getting rid of this piece of chicken meat and calling it a day."

She added that she had dined at the stall a few times in the past, though it had been a while since her last visit.
"This wasn’t cheap," she said.
"What’s the point of paying this much when you can get something more filling and actually feel happy eating it?" she said.
"Just because no one controls the prices doesn’t mean stalls can do whatever they like.
"Customers are still paying -- it’s not free food."
While the Stomper had considered leaving a Google review, she ultimately decided not to as she felt such feedback often goes unnoticed.
The meal had also been a takeaway, and she only realised the portion size after getting home.
Despite the let-down, she said she would still consider giving the stall another chance -- but would opt to dine in next time.
"At least that way, there’s proof," she said.
The Stomper added: "It's not common these days to see such blatant shortchanging when food isn’t even cheap.
"I eat out a lot, and if you stay quiet, these things just continue.
“That’s why many people are heading to JB for food.
"It's cheaper and they’re happier eating there.
"Honestly, some food court stalls here just serve food at high prices.
"You end up eating just for the sake of it. No joy."
