STOMPer Angel13 was taken aback when she saw this man urinating at the void deck of an Ang Mo Kio HDB block in broad daylight.

There are public toilets nearby that he could have used, she adds.

In an email dated April 12, STOMPer Angel13 says:

"While taking a short break at this Ang Mo Kio void deck, I was shocked to see a man urinating in a public place and in broad daylight.

"Is that a public toilet?

"Isn't it disgusting? Where are his morals as a Singaporean?

"It is as if there are no toilets nearby."
